Without you using the quote function on here, its hard to tell but I am assuming that you are making reference to my post.
Did I say anywhere in my post that it should be against the law for a truckstop to sell booze? Did I say anything about the Government regulating it?
In MY opinion I feel that the truckstops shouldnt sell booze. They should take it upon themselves to have the morals not to sell it. But then again this would cut into the profits of the big corporations.
Sure, when I go into a truckstop in the evening, I walk past the beer cooler and think that a couple of cold ones would go down really easy right now but I have the ability to keep walking. There are many people that cant do that. In MY opinion this makes the combination of booze and getting behind the wheel of 80,000 lbs too temping and we all know that this is a very dangerous combination.
Before I was born, I almost lost my mother to a carload of drunk sailors when their VW Bug landed upside down on top of my parents Chevy. All five sailors in the VW perished that evening but luckily everyone in my parents car survived although the funeral home had already been called for my mom. Maybe DWI involved accidents/deaths hit a little close to home with me. -
It is a survival technique that can be used for survival with contaminated water.
Drinking the water could cause vomiting ,diarrhea or poisoning.
By filling from the rear you can get hydration and avoid those dangers.
Suppose this is where the idea came from.Moosetek13 and scottied67 Thank this. -

-
or put them in the truck like on cars with dui drivers use technology not the nazis
-
This is a free country. Problem is STUPID PEOPLE! Like asking in a public forum how to hide booze on their truck. Swift management reads this forum.
-
Well, there is no place in that little cab that can really hide anything from a simple search.
Even putting it in soda pop bottles won't work, since they would probably open and sniff any opened containers. -
I was told that no one from Swift could read...
-
Fixed it !! -
That's OK>I have never and never will have to work for Swift!
