    when it comes to the cell phone though. hands free or not. pretty tough to fight the company.

    Sounds like Walmart. Have also heard if there is any kind of "incident" they will ask you to submit your phone records for inspection. I would have 2 phones if that were the case. The one they know about and the one I could actually call my wife on.
