So.......what was the purpose of your post; other than

 

The reports in the media (put as much merit in it as you wish), said he had been recalled back to SLC due to company finding things out about his application that were untrue...but Simon had a drop yard in West Sac, so if they were terminating him, they surely wouldn't bring him back to SLC...so the media didn't get the TRUTH in my opinion...(but when do they really?)

As to Simon going "belly-up" and Swift moving in after the (belly-up)..not the case! Jerry had been loaning money to Simon over the years...(good Mormon buddies...DUHHHH)...and when Jerry called in the notes, went for the throat with a hostile takeover through his majority (simple majority) stock holdings in the Simon company..it is still being played out in the courts...look around out west here you will see the little skunk still driving down the interstate..different name (Kelle's Transportation) but with the same DOT number.

 

Maybe just a rude attempt at PIE IN YOUR FACE...(get it..3.14 PI) probably doesn't even know the greek alphabet either!
