I am finally getting the ball rolling for my CDL. I chose All State since I qualify for FAFSA funding. All State has two classes, one is 480 hours and the other is 194 hours. Have any of ya'll gone through All State and could give me some feedback? All-State has several school locations; which one will you attend?
Which state do you live in and which city are you near?

The 480 hr. and the 194 hr. are both good. Most trucking companies want at least 160 hr. school and some want more. I think J&R Schugel wants 240 hr. school.
What type trucking are you interested in; tankers, flatbed, reefers?

If you're in no big rush to hit the road, go to the longer school. After all, you paid for it with your tax dollars when you worked and paid taxes.
You will be able to get a decent job with either; the 480 hr. or the 194 hr. school.

    Shadalee Thanks this.
