Alright guys Im back!

Well guys it has been months, sorry for not posting! Well lets try and put up a decent full post shall we. Here goes, First of all I left from Tucson to phoenix ten from there to Chicago. Got off the plane found my stuff and went and got on the shuttle. took the shuttle to its terminal and from there called a cab to take us to the hotel. (which we realized later was only a hundred yards over the hill to our left.) Get checked into the hotel and spend my first night away from home. Orientation begins, got up had a quick hotel breakfast and then went to class. by the way in the eights days you will go through a lot. They refer to it as being fed with a fire hose. Well the first day or two was all class work and map work. P.s. even if they never check it do all of your homework it really helps for your final test. Do read your DRG because I didnt and I came very close to having a failng grade on my written because of it. So day three comes along and we begin on the road driving pulling a flat(which was new for me). We each drove once in the morning and once in the afternoon. I stalled a few times and bounced the truck around but the trainer I had was awesome. So through the rest of the week we stick to that schedule. Come d-day (which I didnt know was coming) I managed to pass! Yes moving on to phase two. then we started our backing but since we passed and only lost two students we were able to cut loose and just have fun. did a 90/90 and back all the way around a 1/4 mile oval track dodging through cones and tight turns. Update on my OTR training coming next. I keep falling asleep!
