Have you noticed any issue with the alternator when the battery is hit full charge and shut off? The general warning for alternators on lithium batteries is they have to be specifically designed because the BMS will instantly shut off the charging when they're full but they're still charging coming from the alternator and that will cause a spike in voltage.
Alternator upgrade? 40si too much juice?
