Look for a FIRE SALE soon at Crete on the CEO's Vp of Saftey and the Ops team and espically that Drivers FM. What is going to hurt Crete worse is the fact that AFTER THE ACCIDENT they sent a FLEET WIDE MESSAGE that there will be NO MORE ILLEGAL running that was done AFTER the accident. So they all knew peoplewere running Illegal yet were looking the other way. Yes this driver got a good deal however he is the one that has to live with being the one that was IN THE ACCIDENT. He is going to sing bigtime at any other trials for this case. Hopefully FL goes after everyone that was pushing him to make these deliverys.

 

Well I hope they fry the company. I have been pushed just like every other driver out there.. the best about Qualcomm they copy all the messages to a file. and the state of Florida should be getting copies very soon if they don't have them now..
I think that I should call the states attorneys office. They are just down the road in Gainesville.

 

Do it if one of these Mega Carriers had some of their Big Wigs get in trouble maybe the standards of living will go up for the Drivers on the road. Think about it Crete gets HAMMERED BIG TIME and not just in a civil case but their CEO and some of the others arre thrown in Prison for making drivers run illegal since they refuse to do anything to help out like force shippers and recievers to pay Detention time and other stuff. Just sending one companies executives to jail for this will be the wake up call for all drivers knowing that if they arre forced all they would have to do is hand over the info to a District atty and Boom their company is looking for a new CEO.

Would give drivers the ablity to say Sorry I am out of hours and there is NOTHING you can do to me since If you force me to run Illegal you could end up in Prision if I have an accident.
