    Update

The reefer ran for 23 hours with same settings except the box was empty.

    Reefer set # 55F Cycle

Lowest recorded temp 50.7F Outside temp 39F

Highest recorded temp 58.2F Outside temp 68F

    Average Temp 53F

According to the mechanic the reefer runs fine. No problems.

I'm going to take it to Thermalking to get it certified on Monday

Me: How do you figure? According to the receiver the product was hot even before it was loaded onto our trailer. As for insurance, we are going to have to wait and look at the report and then decide what the next step is going to be.

I would be interested to find out how the receiver had knowledge of the product's condition at the time of loading.

You necroposted a four-year-old post with just an emoticon? Seriously?
