This request could be totally unrealistic I'm looking for a trucking job that has me on the road for the most part (seriously considering forgoing rent at an apartment for the lifestyle of a trucker again (had some experice with Stevens Transport, barely paid enough to justify a 9 to 5 job).
For a guy looking for a live-in truck while having the occasional few days in Denver (my home town)j, I'm totally interested in any suggestions. I have about a year experience with reefers, and I have some experience with flatbets (although, given a choice, I would not choose flatbeds, based solely on tarping them in inclement weather (seemed especially dangerous, climbing all over slick paper trying to manipulate a heavy tarp.) Ideally, look for a dry van or reefer position, running locally, regionally, or otr, (minus NYC) with a ternemal in Coloradol

Can't recommend them... but, several bottom feeder companies come to mind. They love to hold drivers captive in a truck, some as long as six months straight. Shouldnt,be unrealistic,to find.Doing it however... without burning out may be tough.JMO

When I was with SWIFT I would stay out for at least a month at a time. Once I was practically ordered home because I was out for seventy five days.

I'm totally addicted to the road. On breaks I get lost in a big bed. I sleep better in the sleeper then I do at the Best Western

Choose a company that has trucks set up for living on the road; refrigerators, satellite TV, xm radio, diesel APU's, long runs coast to coast.
    Holland Enterprises, Inc.

Try Western Distribution based out of Denver, NOT WESTERN EXPRESS, They don't mind drivers staying out 24/7/365, the only problem is the .32 CPM starting pay, and the maxing out at .36 CPM

You sound like the type you'd see in a stretched truck with a 10 foot sleeper complete with a kitchen, shower, and toilet...but maybe you're not ready for a quarter million investment lol
