Am I responsible for truck damage?

    I don't know if you have legal responsibility or not. I just hope you learned from this. The way I see it the blame is on the forklift operator. Unless that forklift had those big deep threads for tires the driver was not operating it properly anyway. While 2K sounds like a lot of money to you it is not to Ryder. Replacing this sensor is a business expense and will either be covered by insurance or a general business tax write off. Hey, if you're otherwise able I would suggest driving for a non-1099 job.     Yes it will be a couple weeks back ordered. Speed/cruise/proximity sensor.
