I was a Deputy Sheriff in the traffic division for 10 years and at my office the Capt. over us would make sure we had an unpaid day off for missing court. Just don't count on the officer not showing up.

about four years ago, PA did the exact same thing to me

it actually showed up as failure to obey a traffic control device

but it stated for three years my speed 78 in a 65

so how are you screwed? i am unable to comprehend the concern. OH. i see that you are in the 0-1 year experience range. no need to worry until you have been given an actual ticket while in your 62 mph truck. imo you were given a huge break. show up in court and ask for a lesser charge with a copy of your mvr. showing up and asking for a break from the judge has been known to work. ask me how i know.

i just do not see it giving you any trouble with whatever company you drive for.
