There is a difference between being a 'big guy' and being 'fat'.
Can you walk 100 yards without becoming out of breath? Can you climb stairs with ease? Can you squat down and move 4 feet without crawling on your hands and knees? If you can answer 'yes' to these questions, then, yes, you will find a job.
The issue really isn't how big you are, but how well you can move. If you can't climb into a trailer, we can't hire you. If you can't visually check your locking jaws, we can't hire you. One of the nice things about trucking is the only thing that matters is "can you do the job?".Another Canadian driver Thanks this. -
