Schneider hired me on. At first i think another department like safety got involved with my recruiter during the phone interview process. They looked at my MVR and seen that there was a revocation and from the way it looked to them like it was recent, but they gave me a chance to explain and i provided them with all the proof they wanted. They hired me on. Other companies were a mixed bag because I have a major felony in my background that they were blocking my calls and wouldn't tell me why they wouldn't hire me till i used a different phone number and asked them if the felony was the reason why and they told me it was.

If its the same situation as me, some of these companies wont give you the chance to explain that it was years ago, they treat it like its a recent on going thing. I have seen job adds for few companies put it right out in the ad not to inquire for work if you have been without a regular drivers license for 3 years, or 3 years since your last suspension/revocation.

Don't give up trying tho, their is like a ton of companies out there that will take you, in my case Schneider was my best bet so i ran with it.
