Yep I've 7yrs and it's still very easy to make a mistake and all it takes is a spilt second and I don't accept them of myself nor that as an excuse.

If a driver kept their truck spotless. Made appointments on time everytime. Was absolutely perfect with their driving. Turned all their paperwork in on time and correctly. People would still complain about the driver because they had nothing to complain about!

Swift gets their company drivers home on time like 95% of the time and usually within a couple hours of midnight the day you want to be there if they can. On top of that, diamond drivers with 5 years are making about .68 per mile. To be diamond you have to average no less than 2200 miles per week, inclusive of your home time. So you’re really averaging at least 2800 miles and making .68 to do it. The insurance is pretty relatively cheap as well. They have trailers everywhere. And honestly, a lot of them may be on dedicated OTR accounts that pay stops, more per mile etc... plus safety bonuses. I made something like 6000 in safety bonuses as a company driver. Wish I’d never have leased a truck on there tbh. Made more in 5 months company than I did 6 months leasing. By almost 10k.

A Mega has a lot of rookies. Some people just learn really slow, lol.

What gets me is drivers for the smaller outfits that have a few years of experience and still do stupid stuff. They think they are the cats meow because they drive a Peterbilt, like that's all that matters to them. :tard:

Yes most of the drivers with any common sense realize that we do our best from day to day apply all the know how we've learnt over the course of our driving history and hope for the very best when we get behind the wheel that the day will go well for us.

No thanks I'll leave those streets to you. I've always wondered why companies don't run pup's in those old towns designed for Model T's

Even if that was true, it is still considerable higher then the population at large.

Sounds like you are repeating the recruiting BS. Swift never. I repeat never got me home anywhere near the time I requested. There are plenty of other driver that have said the same thing on this forum.

You just prove Swift can come pull up and BS statistic they like to make themselves look good and somebody will believe it no matter how untrue it is.

    Fleecer, that explains everything.
