Wasn’t their a thread a few years ago about a Amazon contractor chasing his trailer for months… also many about guys waiting two weeks to unload their trailer.. I gotta wonder if the extra money supplying your own trailer is worth it lol

Have your attorney send a letter of demand not sure of the legal term)

OP you do need to keep in mind that in general tort cases and in contract dispute cases the injured party has an obligation to minimize their damages. You can't just let damages pile up indefinitely. A judge will ask why you waited four months and may not let you charge for all that time. You need to get off the dime.BennysPennys Thanks this. -
On the flip side of this story there’s a guy on Instagram that’s been pulling the same Amazon trailer for almost a year now and hauling everything under the sun in it.

I have attained things abandon before and have had to do liens as well.
That's why I said have your attorney start the process, they know the laws that will apply but I doubt this is covered under his contract and if it is he was foolish to sign itBennysPennys Thanks this. -
