Amazon withholding my payments without reason

    I’m having the same issue, I changed my banking information and all of a sudden my payments been pending for 4 weeks. Kind of threw a wrench in my program, I’m thinking of going to court cause emailing don’t seem to work. My bank information has been updated but still haven’t received money. Do you know any lawyers that handle this type of matter. I contacted a few but no luck finding one.

    I forgot to add that you might want to your new email to them that the next email will be from your Atty and see if that gets their attention to release your payments. From I understand once the banking info. Is updated the payments would be released on the scheduled pay date which is Friday.

    They were responding, but they would take 2 and 3 days to respond. If you know how their system works and how you can set yourself up for an entire week to run you would better understand how you can get trapped into running loads and that time lapse. Like I stated in a previous post I was already running for a couple of days before I submitted the request. Their portal states that it will take 5-7 business days to be updated so trusting the information that is posted on the portal we kept moving so we could make our money. Didn't make since to not keep rolling waiting on an update not knowing that that statement was a lie. I had already booked my driver up to 3 weeks and once you book a load if you reject it that affects your carrier score then you can't see the good loads if your score is bad. Once you book a load even if its by mistake and you don't run it they penalize you by blocking you out. We were learning all of this by the 5-7 business day time lapsed, they came up with other time frame excuses then other issues began to occur thats when we removed ourselves. That's the trap their information is a lie and you don't know until it's too late. If more people would share the their bad experiences, less people with new authority would possibly not try them. If you don't know, you don't know until you do.

    Why would someone want to work for a company that previously withheld payments. THAT'S DEFINITELY A SETUP FOR DISASTER! When someone shows you who they are believe them...I've learned my lesson. I now know, see who they are , I don't care to work for them again and there is much better work available.

    you mean to tell me you have not read your contract? This isn’t new behavior in fact it’s been going on for as long as I worked with them.

    Hello buddy, I'm going through this very same thing all my payments are pending due to updating my banking information. Almost $20,000 can you please advise on how you went about getting paid??

    Changing bank info is the top of the list for FRAUD.
    Someone gets your info and redirects your payments to another bank. They have to do due diligence to insure there is no fraud involved.

    You do not change banks when you have open invoices with a customer. It screams fraud. Last thing they want to do is make a payment to someone else. When you do switch you give new bank information when a new customer at set up. You are there to serve your customer, so don’t give them problems. Your supposed to be the one with all the solutions!

    I finally received my payments now just communicating back and forth about the schedule fee for delay in payments and damage to try to avoid litigation if possible.
