Can't use a transponder from previous owner. Transportation Der is tied to the plate. You need your own transponder tied to your truck and plate.

That's new. I bought a truck a while ago gad one on it but had to get a new one.

Yeah they are, out of the 250 times I crossed the border, I had one of them smile once.

By the way my uncle was a CBP officer and he said he had to go through special training to be mean. He was always a by the book guy but I think his training for the BP made him even more of one.
