Ambest on exit 93 in Ct now a Pilot

    Friday night at 11pm I stopped to get fuel at the Ambest truck Stop in Ct..
    Monday at 6 pm I returned to refuel,as I turned the corner,I was thinking WTF ??. The place is a Pilot now.The place was completely done over with all new pumps,paint and tin work.I didn't recognize the place.I asked about my $77 in Ambest points and was basically told TFB.So much for the customer.

    Moral of the story is: use your points as you accrue them. I lost Roady points when management decided they didn't take them anymore (at my stop).

    I'm saving for a Cobra 29 CB which cost $109,luckily,I still get my Ambest points at the Exit 2 truck stop in Maine on Rt 95.I wont let them accrue at the pilot though.

    There's quite a few Ambest outlets around. Newell T/S in Newton KS. Jubitz in Portland OR is one too, I think. Pride in Chicopee MA.
