Ok I can understand that with child support coming out there really has to be a check every week because of it. I pay child support also but I mail my ex-wife a check each month. When we got divorced the court ordered it to come out of my check but they always screwed that up so my ex pretty much demanded that they leave it alone and just let me pay her directly. They did not like that much because then they did not get the charges they collect to do it. They have tried twice since to get it switched back because of those said charges and ex had to go and insist on them leaving it alone. Just government greed.

I delivered that Ohio load to Oklahoma Monday morning . Got a choice of loads Lawton Ok to Blue Springs MS or Lawton to KC . I took the Kc load it was already ready a day early so i delivered a day early drop on both ends .

Spent the day in the shop got my PM done and also Cummins Engine Maint. (CO2 sensor , Etc.)

I started the week out with 936mi on Monday because i held a load back from last week plus i delivered the Kc load 431 loaded 191Empty. So now i have 1558 on the books for Wednesday. Ill complete my 34 tonight plus I got my PM done still enough time in the week to have a good week. I set myself up for the down time without hurting my week by holding a load back. You never know you get in a bad area for freight or the weather or a truck issue sometimes that load back makes your week. I get some drivers want there money for the miles they run that week. To me its like insurance in case whatever happens .

If anybody is on the fence about a lease , Just go for it you only live once give it a shot not everybody succeeds at it . But ACT will give you the tools to make it work.
But at sametime its up to you to manage it properly.

    total revenue 11584.00
    fuel cost 4412.00
    supplies 34.00
    total variable cost 4396.00

    fixed cost 1742.00
    license fee 156.00
    physical damage insurance 211.00
    bobtail ins. 25.00
    workmans comp 112.00
    acct fee 65.00
    total fixed cost 2311.00
    total expense 6707.00
    net income 4877.00

total miles to break even : 2530
    total cash adv 65.00

not a good month havent been home yet this year been out on the road since january 3rd.
Next profit and loss statement be out in march for month of february . Hoping those numbers improve.

To many heavy loads need to start refusing them bring down fuel cost . My mpg avg about 6.7 .heavy loads in high fuel cost shipping lanes with alot of hills to pull dont cut it.

Sitting in georgia without a load assignment all weekend doesnt help the cause either .

Delivered my SC load in Mo on Tuesday afternoon. Went to the yard for Maint.(bunk heater not working) Wednesday afternoon got a choice of loads KS to Denver picks up Thursday 560mi. wasnt interested today is Wednesday. 2.KS to Kentucky 516mi picks up Thursday Delivers Friday again today is Wednesday. 3.KS to Mo 260mi what a deal.

Took the KY load only because the wind is to my back and the sun wasnt shinning ,otherwise i had no idea what choice to make all my choices picked up the next day already been sittin all day. And the Ky load was ready early but its appointment only Deliver .

Total miles on Friday 2200 Had i not held a load back from last week my total would be 1300 in 5 days. Lets hope we get something going for the weekend. Whatever its is i do i will hold that load back.

My paychecks are OK even tho freight is slow making the best of my fuel. Alittle more icing on the cake would be nice tho.

Not sure but does anybody know if i took the load to Denver wouldnt i need chains. If so i didnt have any wasnt gonna buy any either

Ok we made it to Kentucky. Im a day early no early delivery here so we wait for morning to get unloaded. Im preplanned on a load from Kentucky going to Kansas 850mi for the weekend picks up friday . Ill hold that load back for next week cash in on the 2200.

The 2200 miles doesnt sound like alot of miles but if you watch your mpg and get in some good fuel discount lanes that 2200mi end up being a decent paycheck.
