That's one of the best filters out there! I've been using Amsoil products since 1977 and have had very good results. I was always a company driver til I retired then I had vans that I transported Amish around the country and when I retired again my Pontiac Montana had 250,000 miles on it and the engine had never been touched and a Ford E350 15 passenger van with 214,000 miles on it. I changed oil every six months or 25,000 miles whichever came first. I was using Amsoil's full synthetic.

Could you get the smell of the cargo out of the Vans?

You might want to put a hose protector on the line that goes through the frame in the front, just so it doesn't wear through.

Depended which community I was hauling from! I told one couple when stopped for the night to be sure and take a shower before they got back in the van. It made them mad but they came out squeaky clean the next morning.
