I'm in the heavy repair industry. I don't drive trucks very much. So lots of free time to do other stuff lol.

And yet truckers should be dropping like flies from poor diet, obesity, etc yet ive heard of maybe, 50 truckers actually getting bad sick, over the last 18 months.....something doesn't add up ??

 

The ones keeping the hype and fear blaming everything on Covid-19, you do know other viruses exist and diseases much worse than covid.....like heart disease is still on track this year to beat Covid in terms of deaths and hospitalization, but no one freaks out about the 20 cars waiting in the McDonald's line.....

 

Yes my wife and I are both Vaccinated. My wife is very sick with it now.....not in the hospital fortunately.

 

Lol…gotcha. I’ll just start with more activity and see how that goes lol…

 

Really eating right and some exercise should work. When you park. Park where you have to walk to get to the truck stop. Do some crunches. Also some planks. If you can jump rope. Bring one. Basically it's the little things.

 

Thanks those are good ideas. I do eat healthy but I know I gotta work on the activity things. Crunches, jump rope…yup used to do those. Thanks for the reminder. I had thought about getting a heavy/punching bag for when I’m home as well. Punch something, get exercise and get frustration out lol
