Lots of people who were vaccinated have died, just at a lower rate than the unvaccinated.

Thus proving my point you are reading headlines and not numbers. Neither of those articles have the total number of covid cases and the total number of beds . Without those two numbers it's simply media sensationalism.

Seriosly, in the beginning of all this the shutdowns etc were done to keep our hospitals from being overwhelmed like was happening in Italy.

Things started improving over time and we opened back up for business.

Unfortunately the new Delta variant kicked in and we are worse off than ever.

Shutting down the country and isn’t an option anymore..so what now?

Hopefully someday soon the people in this country will come together figure it out.

Wrong again. Notice how high hospitalizations were in December/Jan.
Also notice how much they have been dropping in the last few weeks....

Anecdotal information tells me things are as bad at present as they have been thus far during this thing. Lot of ERs are full.

That said the faith in the vaccines is placebo IMO. I don't believe in the vax, don't trust that they are safe, and they certainly don't prevent getting covid best I can tell.
