An app for truckers!

Parking area for said shippers as well. I know in FL a WDC you have to park in a dirt lot it is 8 bucks for 12 hours or 15 for 24. all you get is a dirt spot and a outhouse.

 

You know what I mean driver something to have for Tax purposes, just saying....Since the company is not going to let you down load all your info off your ELB in your truck.

Never mind...I just got it...the male dominant trucking industry is responding to Swedish........well I know all the Swedish Swim Team jokes..........

 

How about the best places to get a Swedish massage, best places to try Swedish meatballs . . best place to buy a clock or chocolate . . best Alp for skiing . . Swiss bank account for Dummies . . where the Swiss women's volleyball team plays next . . that sort of helpful stuff.

 

*sigh* Not only is he a fellow driver... but is from the city where I was born. Would an app that explains the difference between Sweden and Switzerland be possible? .. If not....

Running with these good ideas, how about working in a feature that'll show the location of people on your contact list? Their icon could also hold whatever info they think is relevant.. Things like where they're going, where they're stopping, what route, etc. . The lifestyle is extremely mobile so meeting up with friends in unexpected places is part of the adventure. The picture I have of the app would be in a map feature which you could zoom in on.. all other features like scale location/activity would be there if the person needed... or they could see at a glance what others are up to.

I'd buy an app like that because it would help with the work aspect of the job, as well as keeping in touch with friends and acquaintances.
