Concrete block is hollow inside. It's damage enough to report to the trucking company. Im sorry if I seem hardline but if he did that there without paying attention to his trailer in a game of inches, then he will hit someone else later.
kathite Thanks this. -
That's even worse. Sort of a intruder trying to turn around. You two own that bay and the building right? If he is not welcome on your property etc then that increases the level of possible offenses.
Turning around with a semi on someones property is a very last resort I probably might have done it about 4 times in my life. And always with a element of a problem getting it done. Most people do not do well with a fat Semi treading into their business and much less a escalating yelling situation. -
Ok then...
with that type of attitude you know what the right answer is.alds, dunchues, Swiss Mountain Dog and 5 others Thank this. -
Post the name of the company

The driver was probably afraid he'd lose his job.
Let it go; he did more damage to his trailer than to that concrete block.
If it was my concrete block; I wouldn't report the guy and maybe cost him his job.Canadianhauler21, tucker, kathite and 2 others Thank this. -
If he had any kind of bad attitude then he's getting reported it it's me. Sure he was agitated... he just got caught in the act. I'm sure he thought he could get gone before anyone saw him. Report it and try to get your building repaired .
dunchues and Muddydog79 Thank this. -
I disagree. If the driver made an honest mistake then it would be different. Nobodys perfect. BUT, he didnt even apologise, and got hostile. Makes you wonder how much other crap has he tore up. I would report it. The heck with his job, if he has that type of attitude, he dont need to be out on the road anyways.

I appreciate your position.
The tipping point is the hostility. No one gets to be yelling and hostile to where violence is a possibility. If it was here in Arkansas with our laws, he can (The driver) face charges. At minimum trespassing. On up.roshea Thanks this.
