Ok so we are in different positions on this situation. That's ok. Ultimately it's up to the owners what they want to do. Cats pretty much out of the bag anyhow.

Up to you what you do — if the driver is truly a jacka##, report him. Your building is not going to fall down (assessing the photos) and if you run a dock, pretty sure that’s not the only damage that it has experienced — might be possible your husband has a point. Just my humble opinion.
x1Heavy Thanks this. -
Something else to consider...the driver might have a history of incidents like this.
If I was his employer I'd want to know about what happened.
If you have a bad apple in the bunch it's good to know about it.Coover, longbedGTs, Muddydog79 and 4 others Thank this. -
The photos you posted, are they the only ones you have?
-
It's my concrete block - so I might call the company on Monday. Thanks
-
Yes - this is all we took, plus the cab of the truck with the company name and number.
-
Just looked up the company and they have posted this on their website:
In addition to the above, we are honored to announce the creation of our newest division, Our Commercial Driving School, which will be open for business starting mid 2018. Our focus is on training drivers so that they become responsible, safe drivers and carry out our name with integrity and respect. This new division will also train existing drivers from other companies and enhance their skills and knowledge on the road. With a strong eye on ever changing transportation industry needs, we are convinced that this new training division will have a significant contribution for the future wellbeing of our industry. -
You're the boss!
What's the name of the trucking company? -
There’s no damage to your building so just let it go.
You won’t get any money because there is no damage.
And that driver might get fired for not reporting the little scrape and will be driving for someone else in a few days.
I see no reason to report him.Chinatown Thanks this. -
From what I can ascertain, the company is Cam-Scott.
