I believe you say on this forum what most of won’t, my wonderful LYTX AI cam gets to see, oh and did I mention HEAR all my rants on a daily basis! I don’t have the energy to post my frustrations at days end, love him or hate him, his thread, his feelings.

I enjoy the rants. Every time I think I’m having a bad day I just log on here and read a paragraph or two and realize my day wasn’t all that bad after all. Lol

I always enjoy your threads SSB. It’s nice to see what other drivers are doing on a day in and day out basis. I see a lot of stuff on here that I can relate to and that helps me a lot more than you know.

That was one of my dad's favorite sayings whenever I was complaining about something.

I don't think I have heard this since my Mother died. But I feel it is a terrible thing to teach someone. It taught me to accept unacceptable behavior or deeds. Also to be afraid to go ahead and do or say something that should have been. Another bad favorite of hers was, "do that and you may be jumping from the frying pan into the fire" , now that I am an adult , I feel she was teaching me to be afraid to go ahead ,to be afraid to move ahead in life. To live a fearful life. I am glad I know its BS now.

No I think it’s more of go ahead and do something. Just know there’s always repercussions. Good bad indifferent.

I guess it depends how it is said. I just knew I was not going to like any punishment. Because punishment was not indifferent. It was never a good thing. Not the way I grew up.
But i just wanted to point out I had not heard that in a long time and from my Mom only.

I will say this much..i can definitely see his point on some of this stuff because when people do stupid things that put up road blocks in your work that you’re doing and such things that are fairly simple but folks just don’t pay attention to what they’re doing makes your job harder unnecessarily and it can without a doubt become frustrating as hell to say the least…

Both of those sayings are common over here too, now, did you steal them from us or did we steal them from you. ;)
