and another question, one brake locking up earlier than others

once again, typical gooseneck, 2 dexter 10kHD axles dually, with elec drum brakes.

they are all almost new brake assemblies, all adjusted the same ( i would spin tire and adjust until i heard a slight scraping) tires spin very nicely but,,,,,

the left rear wheels lock up very easily when using hand controller,,, 2019 f350 built in dash type controller.

the trailer is angled so there is more weight on rear axles so i would think the fronts would be more likely to lock up.

any tips out there.
