So I'm running outside my normal routine, having taken a load out to Ecru M.S.
After dropping in M.S. they had me grab another transfer load to Mesquite TX.
Completed that assignment, did my 34 reset and then they sent me to an outside furniture place for pickup. This load is going to Phoenix.
I'm currently outside Phoenix, finishing my 10hr break and soon will deliver this load.
We will see what happens after that. So far there's no assignment yet.
Talk soon.. stay hydrated in this heat ..something I been forgetting to do ..eeekdwells40, Speed_Drums, Bumper and 1 other person Thank this. -

Yes, so far so good. Few weeks ago the APU broke down. So, got that fixed and now it's running good

Hey Andrew, Question:
Are you with Ashley PNW??
Cause I found there are 3 different accounts with Ashley’s and they all run differently
PNW, Distribution, and the furniture which is the original. And some post somewhere was a trucker warning and saying PNW is bad unlike the others.
What’s your input here!atruckr Thanks this. -
They said my pay structure would remain the same and I can still be home every weekend but when I want to run out for a few weeks I can do that too.
I do like to get out and stretch my legs once in awhile so.... we will see. I will keep you posted on what I decide.
It would be interesting to know what was bad about it..
To answer your question, I don’t know much about it except they told me they have a lot of freight in that department and are trying to utilize drivers like me that like doing occasional long hauls. -
atruckr Thanks this.

Ashley bought out Wilson logistics/PNW over a year ago. We are all Ashley furniture just different departments.
Ashley's PNW is more their trucking side where they use it to haul different types of frieght in the industry. Out of the 11 western areas of the country.
I believe they are also using it to capture more frieght across the country as well because they rececently opened up OTR out of Wisconsin.
Some time ago they told us they would be doing this. They are using the trucking service to generate cash for the company as a whole. Ashley is a cash rich company they invest when times are tough and save when times are good.Last edited: Aug 18, 2023
