9 am in the morning and he falls asleep..

his fault, for not stopping if only for a nap.

his company will have a big bill to pay, the boat owner, (or builder if it ain't been sold yet), and the clean up..

people will blame the driver, truckers will blame the elogs..

my vote is more people will blame him.....

Chiantown needs to be ready with some job recommendations.

 

what i have to wonder though, if he was an o/o, will his insurance company pay for everything, or deny the claim, since he basically admitted guilt at the scene...

my hope is, that he (was) an o/o and they deny the claim, as it'll be 100% preventable and his fault. could be a clause in his insurance coverage that spells THAT out.

 

Wait wait wait..... he "hit barrels causing the boat to catch fire"?????? What the hell was the boat made of and what was in those barrels????

 

They can't deny the claim because he was at fault, infact that is why they pay the claim.

 

If he said it was intentional I'd agree with you, but admitting fault won't have anything to do with it.

 

Why would you hope it is an OO and want to see him burnt?
