Not really. The fence belongs to K-Mart and if you've ever dealt with those 3rd grade dropout store managers, you would feel the same way. The car was illegally parked in a loading/unloading zone at 3 am. It's a personal thing with me; I just don't snitch on other drivers. Now, if I see one breaking into a home, sure, I'll call the police. Other than that, I stay out of it. I'm just not the type to sit in a truck stop with a pair of binoculars and find fault with my fellow drivers.
