Sometimes NAPA runs ads for box truck drivers delivering auto parts to stores.

Even if they have 14,000 tractors thats 10%....WOW I understand not all these accidents are really expensive per say but I bet 85% are preventable...

I was thinking the connection is between Digby and Navajo Express.

I took some time off from trucking one year, to focus on my own business, and drove a school bus during that time. I really enjoyed it. Could definetly see doing something like that if I ever retire.

Agreed. Drivers and their estimation of ability to drive is solely up to them. If dispatchers don't like it, pound sand.
Drivers need to learn to be aholes if a dispatcher is pushing him/her to unreasonable expectations.

That's not possible with elogs. Your days are numbered.

Please tell me that isn't real. That's one in every 12 or 13 trucks being involved in a crash. At that rate basically every truck Swift has would be involved in one crash per year. It can't be that high. Can it?

Maybe. You would think summer months would be the good ones though.

Here's the deal. Why allow trucking companies to push you around dictating your every move. Don't let someone else make your mistakes. If your going to ruin a career, do it on your own.
