    Settlements are capped at 200. Most will recieve 50 or less. But Lawyers will feast tonight.

    Who cares what the check is for?

    As long as they have to keep paying a similar amount to a few million other drivers as well, I'm happy.

    Hopefully they'll go out of business.

    I think the entire class action settlement is a capped amount that will keep hireright in some form of business. It is after all a settlement, probably not admitting to guilt.

    What was the law suit?
    Wonder why I haven't seen a check? I know they don't like me. LOL! I am more of a pain in their *** than they are in mine.
