What was she going to do? Guide him in a maneuver?

The person that filmed the USA driver offered to help him turn left on a street and then back up and turn left again instead of doing the U-turn. USA refused the help so the person filmed it for the world to see.
And in this video there was a girl filming, how many professional truck drivers would accept her help?

NavigatorWife, JoeyJunk, Opus and 2 others Thank this.

One thing I've learned is to disregard anything a spotter tells you except for "you're going to hit something."

This guy is good but USA truck is still the raining champ.
Even the little kid in the back seat knows “he should’ve tried backing up” .

NavigatorWife, Opus and Bud A. Thank this.

    I remember that bridge.

We had smaller trucks back in the day. Little Cabover or short mack. Just a wee spin with the 45 footer too. (Before the 53's were brought in)

The problem is those walls of concrete. They should have come up closer to those flexible reflecting posts. If you lean enough slowly enough you might find they flex and bend down and come back up when you are finished. Usually. If not? That's work for the esteemed local streets.

    NavigatorWife Thanks this.
