Vilazodone isnt an amphetamine. It wont show as one.

 

If your doctor is aware of your condition/medication and still gave you a med card, you should be fine with the DOT. If you're worried about companies being stricter, I would recommend keeping that med card up to date on your own and only considering employers that will accept it. Make sure the company sends you to a third-party facility in your hometown for a drug screen prior to orientation, and bring your medication to the screening for them to see and document. Avoid positions that might invite deeper scrutiny into your health like flatbed, tanker, or anything that involves driver unload.

In short, follow every applicable law, CYA, but don't offer any information you're not legally required to or put yourself in a position where some Karen in safety might try to attach you to another object by an inclined plane wrapped helically around an axis.
