May I suggest, do something else. You can drive a truck for more than what you're making now, I'm sure, recovery generally isn't the highest paid job, and you can roll right by those wrecks. Wrecker drivers make good semi drivers, because they know what can happen. Just a thought.

I don't know how you are spiritually. Some people have trouble with coffin cars (Self explanatory) And a percentage cannot be induced to move a car that contained the dead a inch for a million cool American Dollars. They just wont.

I know I tease about Heavy's Coffee flatbed trucking school or milk tanking etc. But when I have to manage a body and it's fluids temporarily thats just bit too hard core for me. We usually have the coroner or fueneral home take care of those asap. Nothing but the best for them poor souls.

However some crewmembers. You will discover that they will not do it. Its not about refusal, its not about disobeying etc none of that. It's just a deep deep deep reject of such a job. And that's more than ok. That means usually they have feelings and are good people overall to have them. Best you can do is divert them and try to love on them a little bit. It actually hurts them a bit sometimes. More than you ever know.

    201 Thanks this.
