Hello, My name is Michael. I posted on here in 2016 about refusing a piss test (was shy bladder, guy was looking at me) for CRST. It's been more than 4 years now and i have 6 months of experience on keep trucking logs. Any companies that would hire me now?
I've tried plenty of companies, but due to a felony i had some years back no one's willing to give me a chance (besides the owner operators I worked for)
For context, It was a marijuana possession charge. I have been clean since i was on probation for a year and haven't smoked since. Just need an opportunity to make some money and get the wheels turning. If the wheels ain't turnin, you ain't earnin.
Appreciate any responses, Have a great day everyone. Be safe.
-Michael
Any advice for me would be greatly appreciated.

If your pot charge is in a state that went legal many are expunging those convictions. Might be worth looking into.

Many 2nd chance companies are no longer 2nd chance companies. They've changed their policies for some reasons.
