Any advice for me would be greatly appreciated.

Chinatown, we spoke some years back on how I had shy bladder and couldn't take the urine test when I finished the school at jtech. Crst is the one that put me through school and a negative on my record. They won't hire me.

Yeah I think I'd also refuse too, nothing worse then someone looking over your shoulder huh? I remember years ago when our Safety officer came down to ask me for a random sample being an Ozzie and all I jokingly replied to her are you going to hold the cup for me? Needless to say she didn't see the funny side to that one. In most cases they will allow you to give a sample they just ask you to leave the door open but are not looking directly at you which I find is hard enough to do, the best thing I've found now that I deliver fuel out to the Coal mines is they have a saliva test which is great you don't have to worry about embarrassment if you've already been to the bathroom its rather hard to give a sample so with the saliva test there are no issues your ready to go its very quick and easy. My advice would be keep on knocking and searching and a door will open to you however if you refuse a drug test without a proper reason that is going to raise a few suspicions.

Thanks everyone for your suggestions and nice comments. I've been contacted formally by quite a few people that are interested in giving me a chance. The one i'm currently speaking to will accept me onto his insurance , train me at a good paycheck prior to putting me on the road, and after doing the DOT drug test next week. We haven't hashed out the details yet. Though, I know i need the experience and if he's willing to help me with the experience and pay me well, he has a dedicated driver for years to come. I'll update this post next week with more details as they come to me. I always keep an open and positive mind towards anything. Love yourself and continue doing. Much love to all of you and Happy New Year. May 2021 be a better year for all of us.

Just to refresh this post, I gave two weeks for the job I had. The two companies i was thinking of signing on was going to pay 1099 and after reading a few forums, I realized that is a terrible idea and decided not to jump on with them.

Anyone care to give their 1099 story? I'd love to know.
    Thanks.
