Why do you not like the lease purchases??? Yes you'll never own the truck but I don't want to own it I want to use it and make money and get my experience and walk away and move foward???

There is a reason why large companies like swift etc etc have their truck speed set at 60 mph do the maths if 1 company had 1000 trucks running at 60 and 1 company had 1000 trucks running at 70 which company at the end of the year would have the highest fuel bill? Where talking Millions of $ saved per year the other option to save again what large companies do is leave it till the very last day to pay your bill while the money is in your bank account its earning interest for you when its in the other guys bank its earning interest for him.

Forming a corporation is what was standard back in the day to try to avoid tax liabilities and lawsuits in the event you are in a serious accident. The sole proprietor is good for tax purposes under $70,000 net and the corporation will not keep the attorneys from coming after you personally since you were driving the rig and you are either leasing or own it. However I would ask your CPA what would be best for your tax situation as yours could be different than mine. If the company you are leased to doesn't require you to incorporate then I wouldn't, but you should ask an attorney since what I say won't get you out of a lawsuit.
