It seems we do not have the issues in this country as they do in Europe where diesel soot and particles in cities that were designed to be pretty much compact and high density.

If you also believe in climate change or global warming, we should be producing all kinds of soot to get up in the upper atmosphere so we can cool things down.

 

CO2 stays in the atmosphere until it is converted by plants or other natural mechanisms. Soot falls out fairly quickly, but poses health risks at the same time. Did you learn about climate change from Fox News, Prager U, or Infowars? They're really bad sources.
