Same here on punch holes. When ELD is mandated for everyone - time to exit stage left.

The best ever "Paper Logbook" I ever ran was 'Eclipse Logbook' on my laptop. Best thing ever!

No you don't. We came up in an era where being able to think for yourself was not only a benefit, but a requirement.Oxbow, Bean Jr., feldsforever and 1 other person Thank this.

Im not with or ever been with f2f so don't quote me on thisbut if what toy are saying is true they are requiring an electronic log that's not connected to the truck. Exactly the same as paper except it's done on an electric device instead of paper. Im not familiar with big road but am with eclipse and would assume it's a similar program.
What is commonly referred to as elog such as people net and Qualcomm are in fact obrd. On board recording device. They plug into the truck ECM so it automatically records all driving. -
The best thing about eclipse is it would detect any errors and force you to fix them. No more violations for spelling a city name wrong or for writing down 10 hours driving when you had 9.75 on the grid line.Cabinover101 Thanks this.

All of the AOBRD's were required to transition to a full ELD back in December when the Full Mandate took effect unless your truck is ELD exempt.Bean Jr. Thanks this.
