They still allowing you to run your own logs instead of company eld?

 

I’d be willing to bet they will kill us running loose leaf by changing emissions laws to the Cali style vs adding a regulation requiring exempt trucks to run an eld, you will just simply not be able to register them.

I’ll hold on to paper as long as I can, but as lazy as I am I will be fine on eld, If we all get governed to xx speed will be when I pull the plug on trucking

 

I like paper, I did't guit when I had to run an E log, the adm, will pull some shady stuff though.

 

I found that out while we were helping another company run reefer. I hadn't used elogs long and would ask the owner of the reefer company questions. Ran out of time a couple hrs away from my pick up and he told me it was ok to put it on pc and run. Gotta love it.

I know it's an old post but did you find a company? We're looking for the same thing. We do not have our mc # but do have eld exempt truck.
