Yes they would bring you up to Tulsa. That's how that works. They will pay for you to come up there, go through orientation, load securement.Then you go out on the road with a trainer for a while. Then you get your own truck. I think you're disillusioned about how trucking works. It isn't a typical 9 to 5 where you're home everyday. You gotta live on the road for a period of time. I'm guessing you don't want to do over the road trucking? If that's the case, that's too bad, because you ain't getting to the local jobs without hitting the road for a while.

 

Why does that have any bearing on the industry? Things will get better when folks have more disposable income, or everything becomes more affordable....whichever comes first.....if it even happens at all lol.

 

As long as you listen and pay attention you'll pass. If you bench 235 then a tarp should be a cake walk.

 

There's a specific way to a tarp. 90 lbs is within your capabilities if you're doing everything that you're saying. So what's keeping you from going to Melton?
