    I'm an experienced driver researching this two companies; 1) Davis Express,Starkee,FL 2) Secured Land Transport; Oklahoma? Arizona?
    Any insights,positive or negative inputs on this companies will be appreciated.

    I recently worked for davis express. this is almost all short haul trucking. you will drive all night and sleep during the day 90% of the time. they are one of the house carriers for publix. they also haul a lot from the chicken plants. this company micro manages to the extreme. they run E-logs so you will only run legal. they monitor your speed, as well as hard braking events. on the plus side the pay is ok. but your miles can vary a lot from week to week. the micro manageing drove me away. hope this helps.
