FWIW I started with a new company this past week and they gave me a 2018 Kenworth T680 with 667,000 miles on it. I was somewhat leery of this at first but after having driven this truck for a week I'm actually incredibly happy with it and I also had a discussion with the company's lead technician and he thoroughly explained all the details of the truck to me which left me quite satisfied and knowing how thoroughly it has been maintained. Everything works as expected and frankly I don't anticipate any major issues.
Any current info on Oakley Transport out of Lake Wales?

Thought to note. I can't even apply to Estes. Because they require proof of school. I was homeschooled. Not even a GED. Because most companies don't care. But looks like that one does. I honestly don't want to deal with doubles anyway. I can't even remember if your required to do a road test to get that endorsement in Maine anyway.
Thought to edit this. Oakley offered me otr at .63cpm based on 4 years. I do technically have 5. But that's if they can get Werner and Shaffer to give info. Currently waiting on the state to cash my check and setup exam for hazmat.Last edited: Jul 1, 2023

So I just put it through indeed. But if they still want one on their site. Then oh well not going to bother with you.
Honestly probably still going to Oakley once get hazmat. I want to learn/do tankers. Also that .63 I mentioned. That's just base. If it's a hazmat load for example. Then will be .68. -
