Just graduated CDL school, speaking to one of the TWT recruiters, from what I see seems like a solid company to start out with. Couple of questions - getting miles? Enough freight? Being reefer, a lot of night driving?? Training? Equipment? How are drivers treated by mgnt & dispatch? Any info would be appreciated.
Any current TWT drivers......got a minute for some questions???

Drivers are treated good.
Some say the miles are there some say no.
Are trucks are very well taken care of so that's not an issue. I think training is 5 weeks out but I'm not 100% sure the recruiters for trans system are very upfront with the details -
@Sneakerfix - thanks for the info. Spent about 40 minutes on the phone talking to one of the recruiters, was friendly and informative. Ran me thorough the hiring process. From a newbie looking in, they seem to be a well rounded carrier compared to some of the bigger mega's, but at the same time do they have the freight to keep drivers busy, compared to a mega that may have more freight?? I did ask recruiter avg miles and she stated 2500. Now I will say that being a newbie, I'm not expecting to 2500 - 3000 out the gate, I have to pay my dues and so forth. Just trying to gain as much info as I can.
