It's been awhile, but I recall them having a movie theater there too.

An interesting experience, especially after picking up at the caves.

    Space Aliens is overrated imho.
    Food was average.
It's like a upscale Chucky Cheese with a separate bar area.

Thank you-I will! He's a bit bummed so it'll cheer him up.

    Sending dessert his way, too. . . . since he doesn't have you, atm . . . . ;)

I've spent my share of Thanksgivings on the road in years past. It's not forever, but it's tough.

Any place that has LOTS of gravy will do really.

The best place to eat on 29 was the Black Iron Grill in Rock Port, MO. Really sucked ### when that place closed down, had some of the best steaks you’d find anywhere in the country...

I eat very " no frills ", and generally live that way when I'm on the roam. Two reasons.

One) I'm perfectly happy with a good meal from the grill at the fuel island.

Two) I feel guilty even getting a motel room because I'm out to make money for myself and the family. If I'm going to splurge on rooms or higher end food, I'd like it to be with the people I care about.

You sound a lot like my husband. He's happy with a good burger and fries and hates to spend money when he's got a freezer and refrigerator fully stocked.

I'm trying to get him to stop and eat because I feel so bad he's out there alone and at least it would get him out of the truck. Besides not wanting to spend the $$, He's not entirely comfortable eating alone especially if the place is filled with families.

My company gave us a free coupon for the dinner at Petro / TA today. Wished I could send it to you. That's why I say anywhere that has lots of gravy. He's lucky to have a nice girl like yourself. God Bless.

I worked for a casino in Mesquire like 12 years ago and in thanksgiving that place was FULL of truck drivers that either couldn’t or didn’t want to make it home. The restaraunts there were alright. Not the best but it wasn’t yuck either.
