Do show up.
Don't screw up.
Do make sure you wash before you go.
Don't decide to take a dump in the waiting room.
TL : DR- it's a normal physical, unless your company want's a stress test, which is beyond easy.

Don't eat a Meat Lovers Pizza the night before. You might end up testing high on your Blood Pressure. Stay away from sodium .

Captain Call Thanks this.

Which one one am I thinking of...it's either a 30 day or a 90 day? It's the card they give you when you're trying to renew, but fail. I believe it's the 30, because they won't issue another. Fail again, and you're out of service.
It wasn't a long time. My buddy had to dash to the home front and see his doctor and get his sugar and HBP under control OR ELSE -
if you Smoke.....Dont light up for at least 12 hours before the physical,(your BP will be too high)
Get a good night sleep
Eat a light healthy breakfast
These Physicals are actually a piece of cake, As long as you have your limbs, And can do somewhat physical exercise without dropping dead,You'll Pas.
It doesnt hurt to drink lots of water AND stretches -

well I have checked my blood pressure a few times in the last 7 days the last time it was the first time is was 126 over 90 taken at home with a electronic bp machine the last time it was 133 over 88 and that was like 20 mins after smoking a cig taken at wal mart but my physical is at 9 am Thursday morning so I could probably wait to after to smoke a cig

And they don't need to check your prostate! lol

About the smoking...if your a heavy smoker, NOT having that regular nicotine stimulus can elevate your BP....just go in there in a "normal" state. No need to sweat the physical...it really isn't a REAL physical.....eye chart, hearing, BP, nerve/reaction test (little hammer to the tendon below the knee cap), pee test, heart/lung sounds by sphygmomanometer, and a little oral question and answer about family history/ailments. That's it....no biggie!baha Thanks this. -
