I tried to team once, my luck i got stuck with a guy who had never drove at all b4 and was a meth head, like to have scared me to death. I was in the sleeper praying...lol dont get me wrong he drove ok on straight ways but when he got tired and we was in the city or somethin, theres wasnt a curve or mail box safe for miles. NO KIDDING. I want to solo i guess because all i can think about is that 1 guy who tried to kill me. although i have a friend that wants to team with me, he is about the only person i would team with, only because i know he drive good, and he needs a job also.

hey Justin M. Is everything going okay?? Just thought I'd touch base with ya, The job here in nashville tn. is going pretty good. Hell if it was'nt having to be able to read and (rite) he he , a #### monkey could do it. Can't complain I get paid per load and I decide when I work and when I don't but I'm pretty much working from 3:00 to 8:00 every day. I guess it was a blessing that you didn't hire me to drive your truck, 1200.00 to 1500.00 is a long way from 250.00 to 300.00, BUT!!!!!!!!!!! I,m still enterested in the other thing that we talked about . Right now I'm just gonna cool the old heels a bit ,get some bills caught up, work my ### off and just relax and DRIVE Come home to mamma every night for awhile and just sit back and enjoy how much easier it is to just get up in yhe morning and not have to worry about,,,,,,,Is my hired help gonna show up or am I going to be working by myself today. trying to build a house by yourself is no easy task. Be talking to ya soon, Terry B.

Everything is going well for now. I'm switching my truck from bottom hopper to dry van. I want to run it team but I am going to be REAL picky about who I hire. I would rather have my driver solo than bunking with someone he doesn't get along with.

I'm looking for drivers with less than 3 tickets to run for 10% revenue to the truck. Keep in mind loads are taking half as long so it is realistically more like 20%.

I'm not looking for solo drivers. I am selectively seeking a qualified driver to run team.
