Arizona supreme court ruled Swift must face employee claims in court.
Found this in the Oct issue of "Movin out". The claim is Swift uses a
bogus calculation that shortchanges drivers significant miles.
Swift supposedly took millions from drivers in unpaid wages this way.
This case is going to trial and the lawyers would like to speak with anyone who have worked for them from 1998 till the present.
