I get fireworks every year in tn and take em home to ky. I put em on my top bunk and dot in tn at the fireworks warehouse sees me and never said a word to me except be safe driver see you next year.

Shelton Fireworks is the big red buildings at the state lines. The owner of those is Greg Shelton who graduated with me. He once said to me that his plan was to be a millionaire before he graduated from College. He missed it by five years having become one as a junior in high school.

If the OP lives in California, all the "fun" fireworks are flat out illegal, period. Only sparklers and fountains for you, good sir, and then only if you live in one of the counties where your benevolent overlords permit it.

The Flying J in Winslow had some AWESOME fireworks last time I was there.
That old gal behind the counter don't take guff from NOBODY. -
Not to mention, at least around here, common places like Wal Mart or Home Depot have a fairly good selection. I'm sure it's more than a local fireworks place, but at least a truck can stop there.

Or you could just save the few hundred bucks you were gonna spend on fireworks and not blow off any fingers or faces. Better yet, just take the money you were gonna spend on firewroks, pile it up in your backyard and light that on fire. It's the same show
